Target group: International students from all around the world. Preference has been given to women, students of non-academic and migrant backgrounds, the socially destitute, and individuals with disabilities, with achievement and commitment.
The scholarship for global students is in the form of a dwelling grant, for the length of the standard study programme interval. Tuition fees for international students are not covered.

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung’s Scholarship Department provides scholars a wide selection of support, consisting of political education events and summer schools, workshops conducted both domestically in addition to overseas, symposia and educational trips. Application for scholarships are done on line. The application deadline is 1 October 2020 for grants starting in the summer semester of the following season (1 April 2021) or 1 April 2021 for grants beginning in the winter semester of the exact same year (1 October 2021).
